I've been a fan of Terra Naomi for many years. In 2009, I contacted Terra to ask for her permission to perform one of her songs in my degree performance. I loved the fact that she replied personally in such a humble and genuine manner.
A couple of years later, and I'm still keeping up to date with what's going on in Terra's life and with her music. By this point she had left her major label and was building her career on her own terms. Her new album was close to completion and she was looking for some assistance with online promotion. When I saw that she was looking for this help, I immediately jumped at the chance. Who wouldn't want to work with someone they have listened to and admired?
The online promotion was going well and we had managed to boost search engine rankings and drive quite a bit of new traffic to the website. Terra then asked me a few days before the album was due to be released if I would be interested in redesigning her website.
I didn't even need to think twice. I redesigned the website in 2 days and Terra was very happy with the results. To this date, I am still in contact with Terra and am doing little pieces of ongoing work with her. She has referred other clients to me which I am very grateful for.
My experience with Ross has been nothing but positive, and I hope to work with Ross for a very long time.
His SEO expertise brought my Alexa ranking back under 500,000, after it had dropped to 1.3 million. He completely redesigned my website in a matter of days, implementing all of the changes I requested, and adding other features I hadn't even thought of.
