Just a quick post to update you on the progress about the new song!
It's recorded and we started editing yesterday - should hopefully get it all finished by Monday! It's sounding pretty cool, and there are still some effects we're wanting to experiment with! Hopefully it'll surprise a few people - in a good way!
I'm also playing on Monday at the college if anyone's around and wants to come along! Free of charge, about 2:30pm.
Better get back to work! Only another week of college left!

Hey folks :]
Been in the studio this morning, recording a song with Duncan Black of Whitemask Productions. It's an acapella track (or at least mostly) with loads of layers. Still in the fairly early stages, but hoping to have it finished for next week! I've been working on a couple of other tracks myself - just a few ideas and demos at the moment, but should turn into finished songs at some point!
All a little bit crazy with college and everything at the moment, but I thought I'd let you know I am still working on stuff, and can't wait for you to hear it! Keep up to date via the mailing list and/or Twitter!

First off, I'd just like to say thank you to everyone who has visited since I reopened, and a special thanks to those who signed up to the mailing list!
At the moment I'm working on a couple of things. Finishing off some composition work, and will be recording a couple of tracks in the studio soon. One of these tracks is really different from anything I've done before, so it'll be challenging and interesting. Quite excited about it, but don't want to give too much away! Also going to be having some promo photos taken by my friend, Barry Conlon. The media section will finally have some content! Ohhh yeah!
That's about it for now - nothing major to talk about, but stuff is on the way!

It's been a while in the making, and it's a little (or maybe, far) later than I intended.. but Electrickiwi.co.uk is back! I'm not sure if anyone still visits anymore. To be fair, it has been gone for over a year!
Things are a little different now. As you can see, there are now two sections - you're at the music section at the moment which will be host to any musical projects I've been working on. At the moment there are a few things in the works, but no finished products as of yet! If you want to hear some things I've worked on in the past, YouTube and Bebo are your best bets! The reason I haven't added the material from there is that it's all covers, and I want this to be all about the original material I've been working on.
For too long I've been a bit scared of showcasing anything of my own - problems with self confidence and not quite believing in my own work. However, I've let a few of my close friends listen to what I've been working on and reaction has been mostly positive. Perhaps they're slightly biased or don't want to hurt my feelings, but regardless of those doubts, I'm getting there on the public sharing thing.
So over the next couple of weeks and months there will be some new music here. I'm not wanting to give too much away just yet - that's something I'll write about as things are taking shape and nearing completion. Keep updated by subscribing to the mailing list and/or following me on Twitter. I'll be keeping you all informed on there and once things are properly rolling, you'll get a few exclusives for doing so!
